Dry Tai

  • 30 ml ( 1 oz)  Silver Devil Gin

  • 30 ml (1 oz) fresh Lime Juice

  • 15 ml (    oz)  Campari

  • 10 ml (     oz) Orgeat Syrup

  • 15 ml (     oz) Ginger Liqueur

  • 1 dash (10 drops) Twisted Ginger Bitters

Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice.

Shake well then double strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange twist and serve

Ginger Apple 

  • 1 lemon (cut in half + 2 lemon slices)

  • 1 egg white

  • 4 oz. calvados (apple brandy)

  • 3 oz. ginger liqueur (Domaine de Canton)

  • 1 dash (10 Drops) Twisted Ginger Bitters

Heat a cast iron or stainless steel pan over high heat. Sear the lemon slices and two lemon halves, cut side down, in the pan until browned, about 3 mins (flip the slices once). Squeeze the juice from the lemon halves and remove any seeds. Reserve the charred slices for garnish. In a cocktail shaker, add the egg white, Calvados, ginger liqueur, bitters and 1 1/2 oz of the charred lemon juice and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Add a large scoop of ice and shake for an additional 30 seconds. Strain into two coupe or martini glasses and garnish with charred lemon slices.

Ginger Old Fashioned

  • 1-in (2.5 cm) piece fresh ginger root, peeled and sliced into ¼-in (0.5 cm) coins

  • 1 tsp (5 ml) maple syrup

  • 2 oz (30 ml) Angel’s Envy Bourbon

  • 2 to 3 dashes (20-30 drops) Twisted Ginger Bitters

  • candied ginger or ginger candy (such as Gin-Gins or Chimes), for garnish

In the bottom of a cocktail shaker, use a muddler to crush fresh ginger until its fibers break down and it releases fresh juice. Add syrup, bourbon and bitters, then fill shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until thoroughly mixed and chilled, up to 30 seconds. Taste and, if desired, add more ginger bitters, shaking to incorporate. Strain through a fine cocktail sieve into an old-fashioned glass over a large cube of ice. Garnish with a piece of candied ginger or ginger candy.

Pomegranate Ginger Bourbon

  • 1 oz. ginger syrup

  • 1.5 oz. pomegranate juice

  • 2 oz. bourbon

  • 2 dashes (20 drops) Twisted Ginger Bitters

  • lime (splash of)

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1 Tbsp. ginger root (fresh grated, – about 1 inch)

Make the syrup. In a small saucepan, combine the sugar, water, and freshly grated ginger. Bring to a simmer. Remove from heat and let cool. Build the cocktail. In a shaker, combine the ginger syrup, pomegranate juice, bourbon, bitter, and lime over ice. Shake and strain. Shake the ingredients vigorously for 10 seconds and strain into a high ball glass filled with crushed ice

GVC Cocktail

  • 90 ml (3 oz) Ginger Wine (2 shots)

  • 30 ml (1 oz) Silver Devil Vodka

  • 30 ml (1 oz) Cointreau liqueur

  • 1 dash (10 drops) fresh lime juice

  • 1 dash (10 drops) Twisted Ginger Bitters

  • lemonade, to top up (optional)

Shake all and strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with lime wheel. Serve very cold.

24 Carrot Golden Nuggets

  • 30 ml Whiskey

  • 10 ml Lemon juice

  • 10 ml Caramel Syrup

  • 10 ml Carrot Juice

  • 1 Dash (10 drops) Twisted Ginger Bitters

Add the carrot juice, lemon juice, ginger bitters and caramel syrup to a shaker and shake with ice. Double strain into a large shot glass and serve with a shot of Jameson Gold. Garnish with a purple carrot spear and gold leaf, and serve

The Mountainside

  • 2 ounces Japanese whisky, such as Suntory's Toki

  • 1/4 ounce fennel syrup (recipe below)

  • 3 dashes (30 drops)  Twisted Orange Bitters

  • Grapefruit peel, for garnish

  • Fennel Syrup

  • 1/4 cup (30g) whole fennel seeds

  • 1 cup prepared simple syrup

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass or shaking tin. Add ice and stir gently for 20 seconds. Strain into an old fashioned glass with a large clear ice cube . Garnish with a grapefruit peel expressed over the top of the drink, and then perched on the rim of the glass.

Black Manhattan

  • 2 ounces rye whiskey

  • 1 ounce Averna amaro

  • 1 dash Angostura bitters

  • 1 dash (10 drops) Twisted Orange Bitters

  • Garnish: brandied cherry

Add the rye whiskey, Averna, Angostura bitters and orange bitters into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a brandied cherry

Zombie

  • 1 1/2 ounces Jamaican rum

  • 1 1/2 ounces Puerto Rican gold rum

  • 1 ounce 151-proof demerara rum

  • 3/4 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed

  • 1/2 ounce Don’s mix (recipe below)

  • 1/2 ounce falernum

  • 1 teaspoon grenadine

  • 4 dashes Pernod

  • 1 dash  (10 drops) Twisted Orange Bitters

  • Garnish: mint sprig

Add the Jamaica rum, Puerto Rican gold rum, demerara rum, Pernod, lime juice, Donn’s mix, falernum, grenadine and bitters into a blender, then add 6 ounces of crushed ice. Blend at high speed for no more than 5 seconds. Pour the contents into a tall glass or Tiki mug and add additional crushed ice to fill, if necessary. Garnish with a mint sprig

Blood Orange Martini

  • 2 ounces (¼ cup) blood orange juice

  • 1 ½ ounces (3 tablespoons)  Silver Devil Vodka

  • ½ ounce (1 tablespoon) Cointreau

  • ½ ounce (1 tablespoon) lime juice

  • 1 teaspoon simple syrup or maple syrup

  • 2 dashes (20 drops) Twisted Orange Bitters 

Add the blood orange juice, vodka, Cointreau, lime juice, and simple syrup to the cocktail shaker. Shake for 15 seconds until cold. Strain the drink into a glass and serve. A blood orange wedge gives a nice added touch. Martinis are always served straight up.

Whiskey Sour

  • 60 ml (2 oz) Whiskey

  • 25 ml (3/4 oz) fresh Lemon Juice

  • 25 ml (3/4 oz) Sugar Syrup (2:1 Sugar Water)

  • 2 dashes (20 drops) Twisted Aromatic Bitters

  • 1 Cherry

  • 1/2 Lemon Wedge Wheel

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a highball glass filled with ice . Garnish with cherry and 1/2 lemon wedge wheel.

Old Fashioned

  • 1 teaspoon sugar or maple syrup

  • 4 dashes (40 drops) Twisted Aromatic Bitters

  • 1 .75 ounces 100 proof bourbon

  • Orange twist, for garnish

  • 1 maraschino cherry, for garnish

Add the sugar, 1 tablespoon water, and bitters to a whisky glass and stir to combine. Add a large ice cube and pour bourbon over the ice. Garnish with the orange zest and cherry.

Manhattan

  • 2-3 dashes (20 - 30 drops) Twisted Aromatic Bitters

Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass filled with ice . Garnish with cherry

Strawberry Rhubarb Old Fashioned 

  • 2 ounces bourbon 

  • 1 ounce strawberry rhubarb simple syrup*

  • 2-3 dashes (20-30 drops) Twisted Strawberry Rhubarb Bitters

  • 1 piece orange peel

  • strawberry, orange peel, and/or rhubarb to garnish

To a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the bourbon, strawberry rhubarb simple syrup, and orange peel. Shake vigorously. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice or a single large ice cube. Garnish with strawberry, orange peel, and/or rhubarb.

Strawberry Rhubarb Cocktail

  • 1 ounce white rum

  • 2 ounces strawberry nectar (recipe below)

  • 1 ounce rhubarb simple syrup (recipe below)

  • ½ ounce fresh lime juice

  • Seltzer

  • 4 dashes (40 drops) Twisted Strawberry Rhubarb Bitters

  • 2 strawberries for garnish

 

Put the rum, strawberry nectar, simple syrup, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice. Shake vigorously. Pour into two cocktail glasses. Top with seltzer. Put 2 dashes of rhubarb bitters in each cocktail and garnish each with a strawberry. Serve immediately.

Strawberry Rhubarb Mule

-   2 ounces Silver Devil Vodka or Silver Devil Gin

-   1 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice

-   1 1/2  ounce strawberry puree

-   3 dashes (30 drops) Twisted Strawberry Rhubarb       Bitters

-   4 ounces ginger beer

-   sliced strawberries & rhubarb ribbons for garnish

Puree the strawberries in a blender. Strain if desired. We left as is, but we like that little extra texture it gives the cocktail.

In your chilled mule mug add the vodka, puree, lime juice and bitters. Stir to combine. Add ice to fill the mug. Top with ginger beer and garnish with sliced strawberries and ribbon of fresh rhubarb.

Strawberry Rhubarb Whiskey Sour

  • 3 ounces whiskey

  • 1 ¾ ounces fresh lemon juice

  • 1 ½ ounces strawberry rhubarb syrup

  • 2 egg whites

  • 8 - 12 dashes  (80-90 drops) Twisted Strawberry Rhubarb Bitters

 

Measure the whiskey, lemon juice, strawberry rhubarb syrup, and egg white into an empty cocktail shaker. Shake the mixture vigorously, without any ice. Then, remove the lid and add ice. Shake the cocktail for 30 more seconds. Strain the cocktail, dividing it between two glasses. Add bitters on top of the foam. Garnish

Cherry Vanilla Whiskey Sour

  • 1.50 ounces Cherry Vanilla Infused Single Malt Whiskey

  • .50 ounce lemon juice

  • .25 ounce Toasted Cinnamon Simple Syrup

  • 1 dash (10 drops) Twisted Cherry Vanilla Bitters

  • egg white

  • brandied cherries for garnish

Combine all ingredients in shaker. Shake to combine for 15 seconds. Add ice, shake another 15-20 seconds. Strain. Garnish with brandied cherries if desired

  • 1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • 1 oz maple syrup

  • 4 dashes (40 drops) Twisted Cherry Vanilla Bitters

  • Orange rind for garnish

  • Fresh cherries

Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add bourbon or whiskey, cherry juice, lemon juice, maple syrup, and bitters and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Twist orange rind over the top to release oils, then garnish with a fresh cherry

  • Lemon Zest

Stir in mixing glass with ice & strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Add lemon zest.

  • 1 large Pineapple Chunk

  • 6 Mint Leaves

  • 2 cups Crushed Ice

Combine all ingredients in a blender, blend for 10 seconds and serve in a cocktail or snifter glass. Garnish with mint, powdered sugar and tropical flower.

Gin Fizz

  • 45 ml (1-1/2 oz) Silver Devil Gin

  • 30 ml (1 oz) fresh Lemon Juice

  • 25 ml (3/4 oz) Sugar Syrup (2:1 Sugar Water)

  • 3 dashes (30 drops) Twisted Lemon Bitters

  • Plain Soda Water

 

​Shake all ingredients  (except soda water) with ice and strain into a highball glass filled with ice . Fill up with soda water and stir gently.

Milano Julep

  • 45 ml (1-1/2 oz) Italian Red Liqueur

  • 5 ml (1 oz) fresh Lemon Juice

  • 2-3 dashes (20-30 drops) Twisted Lemon Bitters

Put all ingredients into a rock glass with crushed ice and stir.​

White Negroni

  • 45 ml (1-1/2 oz) Silver Devil Gin

  • 30 ml (1 oz) Lillet Blanc

  • 20 ml (2/3 oz) Suze

  • 2 dashes (20 drops) Twisted Lemon Bitters

  • Lemon Zest

 

Put all ingredients into a rock glass with crushed ice and stir.​ Squeeze lemon zest over the drink.

Tom & Ginger

  • 2 ounces vodka

  • 3/4 ounce Spicy Heirloom Tomato Juice

  • 1/4 ounce bianco vermouth

  • 1/4 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice

  • 1 teaspoon Canton ginger liqueur

  • 2 dashes lemon bitters

  • (optional) cherry, grape or pear tomato half, for garnish

Pour all ingredients over ice, shake, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Serve with garnish if desired.

GVC Cocktail

  • 3ounces stone's original ginger wine (2 shots)

  • 1fluid ounce vodka

  • 1fluid ounce Cointreau liqueur

  • 1dash fresh lime juice

  • 1dash bitters

  • lemonade, to top up (optional)

 

Shake all and strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with lime wheel. Serve very cold.
